To delete your account, click on the profile tab at the bottom. Click on the cogwheel on the top right and select “Delete Account”.

As of now you can only send a direct message to the host of a game. You can message all players in the game through the group chat feature at bottom of the game page.

If your app keeps crashing, delete the app and reinstall it. If you are using a device outside of the United States, go to your settings and change the region to the United States. If you are still experiencing crahses Contact us.
At the moment, Conquer mostly operates in the New York City metro and New Jersey. Any user has the ability to create a game anywhere in the world and invite other players to join. If you want Conquer to expand and operate in your city/town Contact us. For more information on our hosting feature, check out this page.
If you are unable to attend the game after joining, on the bottom of the game page, you will have the option to leave the game.

Click on the game and click on the “Join” button. Your request to join the game will be sent to the host. You will not be able to pay for the game until the host has accepted your request. Once the host accepts your request, you will receive a push notification and can pay for the game from the notifications tab or the game page.

If you already paid and joined a game, you will not be able to add a guest. You can only add a guest on the payment page.
Click on the game and click on the “Join” button. Your request to join the game will be sent to the host. If the host does not accept your request, you will not be able to join the game. You will receive a notification when the host accepts your request.

If your device is being used from a country outside of the United States, go to your settings and change the region to the United States. If you are still unable to join games, Conquer may not be available in your country and you will not be able to join Conquer games at the moment.
You cannot ban players from joining your games. You can report a player by going to their profile and clicking on the top right hamburger menu. Click on “Report User”, select a reason, and you may add additional comments. We look at every user who is reported and will make the final decision if they will be banned from the platform.
To edit your game, click on the game and click on the “Edit Game” button at the bottom. Once you have made changes to your game, click on the “Submit Changes” button. Players who are in the game will receive a notification that changes to the game have been made.

You can remove players from a game if you are a certified host. To remove a player, click on the “X” next to the player's name that you would like to remove. Players removed from paid games are automatically refunded.

Yes, you can add players to a game without them paying if you are a certified host. Click on the game and click on the “Add Players” button on the bottom of the game page.

After a recurring game ends, the game will be posted again automatically at 11:00 PM EST that day.
Once you're a certified host, to check how much money you’re making, log into your Stripe Account. You will be able to see the amount of money you have in your Stripe Account on the Stripe Dashboard.
Only certified hosts can post paid games on the app. Apply to become a certified host here.

Only certified hosts can add a custom cover photo and logo. If you are a certified host, you can input your own logo, organization name, bio, and default game cover photo. Click on your profile picture on the top left of the homepage. Then click on the “Organizer” button.

Yes, anyone can create a game on Conquer. To create a paid game, you must be a certified host.

Conquer does weekly payouts on Friday. If you’d like more frequent payouts contact us in the Conquer Community and additional fees will apply.
You will receive an automatic refund if you leave the game you paid for, more than 24 hours before the game start time. If you leave the game within 24 hours of the game start time, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will also receive an automatic refund if a game is canceled. If you have been removed from a paid game, you will receive an automatic refund. To dispute a charge, Contact Us.

The leaderboard prize pool increases as more players join. To see the prize pool, click on the leaderboard tan at the bottom and click on the “Check Prize Pool” button.
