Conquer offers multiple membership tiers. Higher tiered plans include more credits at a larger discount. You can view our plans on the app in the My Plans tab or through our website HERE.

By joining Conquer as a member, you get credits that can be used towards joining games, access to special events, discounts on gear and equipment, and priority court rental access.

Credits are what you use to join games directly through Conquer. Games at premium indoor venues typically cost more than more casual games at outdoor venues. The amount of credits you receive each month depends on which membership tier you sign up for.

Yes! We rollover unused credits each month up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan. For example, if you’re set to renew on a 48 credit plan, up to 48 credits from your current cycle will rollover leaving you with a maximum of 96 credits.

You can view your credit balance by clicking on the My Plans tab in the Conquer app.

If you run out of credits you can opt to get next month’s credits early. Your billing date for your monthly plan will be moved up, you’ll be charged, and you will get new credits immediately.
Alternatively, you can buy additional credits for $2.50 per credit. -
Your membership cycle begins the day you sign up (or if you are on a free trial, when your trial ends). Your cycle will renew automatically every 30 days. You can see your next credit allocation date on the My Plans tab in the Conquer app.

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. You can do so twice every 12 months and are charged $10/month while paused.

Yes. You can pause your membership for $10/month and continue using your existing credits during the pause. You can pause your membership for up to 3 month at a time and can do so a maximum of twice per year.
How it works:
You’ll pay $10/month while paused
You won’t receive new credits, but you can still use any you’ve already earned
Your membership will automatically resume on the date you choose
You can only pause once every 12 months

Your membership will unpause automatically on the unpause date you selected. To unpause early, you can reactivate your plan by selecting “Update Plan” from the plans page in your app.

No. You cannot combine or transfer credits to another Conquer account.

You can cancel your membership from the My Plans tab. Click Update Plan and then Cancel Membership.

If you cancel your membership, all your unused credits are forfeited and you are removed from all future games. Most users opt to pause their membership in order to keep their credits.

The free trial lasts 3 days and allows you to join 1 game for free. You’ll receive 12 trial credits, which expire when your membership begins. If you’d like to start your membership early and receive your first month’s credits, you can do so before the trial ends. You will be charged at the end of the 3-day period unless you cancel beforehand.
